Rental guide & agreement
Quince Closet doesn't hold rental money or deposits — you arrange them directly. Use this guide and print the agreement for your handoff.
House rules
- Local handoff only. Never ship a rental — meet in a public place or at a verified boutique.
- The renter pays the rental fee and the refundable deposit at pickup, in cash or PayPal.
- No alterations. No cutting, hemming, or taking in seams unless the owner agrees in writing.
- Return on the agreed date. Late returns may be charged per day from the deposit.
- The owner inspects at return and gives back the deposit within 72 hours if the dress is in its original condition.
- Normal wear (light floor dust on the hem) is expected. Stains, tears, or missing pieces may be deducted, with photos.
